OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Health Management undergraduate program is to train qualified healthcare managers who can plan, organize, execute, coordinate, and supervise effective, efficient, and sustainable management processes in public and private healthcare institutions; who can think analytically, make evidence-based decisions, adhere to ethical principles, focus on quality and patient safety, and possess leadership and teamwork skills. The program aims to provide education based on scientific and ethical principles, in line with national health policies, and in line with the transformation in healthcare services focused on quality, cost, and technology.
GOALS
Graduates of this program will be able to:
• Mastering theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of health management,
• Being able to evaluate the economic, managerial, and political dimensions of the health system and effectively implement management processes in health institutions,
• Possessing decision-making and problem-solving skills using scientific methods, developing, implementing, and reporting on projects related to current issues,
• Having strong communication skills, being inclined to teamwork, and being able to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments,
• Continuously improving oneself and one's technological competencies with a lifelong learning mindset,
• Being able to make comparative evaluations by following national and international health systems,
• Acting in an ethical, transparent, accountable, and professionally responsible manner.
